How can I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

All orders once placed are considered final. Please know that you cannot make changes to an order already placed.

What kind of payment methods do you accept? 

Is there a self-collect option for my order?

Yes, we offer a self-collect option to our customers. You can opt to collect your order at our store in Holland Road Shopping Centre, 211 Holland Ave, #03-24, Singapore 278967. ' Usual processing time for orders is between 3 and 5 business days. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Once notified, we will hold your order up to 30 days to allow for self-collection. Orders are not guaranteed or refunded after the 30 days holding period is over.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not allow returns or exchanges for orders that have already been placed. Please check your items carefully before placing an order.

Are my deliveries free?

Delivery is free for domestic orders (within Singapore) above S$50 only. A delivery fee applies to all other orders

Will there be a delay if I place an order during the week of a holiday?

In the event that there are any delays due to holidays, etc, we will post a notice stating this on the site.

Can I order items on your website and pick them up in-store?

By all means!. Simply opt for self-collection upon checkout.

Do all your comics come with a FREE bag & board?

Every comic book is shipped to our customers in a bag and board, absolutely FREE.

Can I order multiple copies of any title?

Sure you can. However, all items and quantities ordered are subject to availability at the time of fulfillment, and Wonderific Comics. reserves the right to limit/reduce the quantity fulfilled, and to modify or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled, or for any reason.

How does Pre-Order work?

When you submit a Pre-order, you are placing an order 2-3 months in advance. The items listed under pre-order have not been released yet. After adding items to your cart and checking out, you will have to wait for the item(s) to be released by the publisher or manufacturer. (Release dates are available on each product page, and are subject to change by the publisher or manufacturer). When you place a Pre-Order, we are specifically ordering that item for you meaning even if we run out of stock on the site, we still have your copy on reserve.

When will my Pre-Order ship?

We follow a monthly shipping schedule; and will ship all the books together once they’ve arrived. You may have to wait for your shipment, but you'll receive more items in one shipment, saving you money on the shipping cost.

Are there any benefits when placing a Pre-Order?

Of course! Aside from getting unbeatable discounts Previews have to offer, you’ll see your shipping cost upfront - no more wondering how much shipping will cost you when the items are ready to go out. Expect 15% or higher discount.

What to expect when placing a Pre-Order?

All street dates and art are subject to change by publishers. We cannot guarantee a 9.8 grade on raw books.
